3 days routine vs. 5 days routine

I just moved to a new city, for a new job since 2 month

Adaptation, make training going hard (skip day, gym closed, schedule)

So i must change my training schedule but, i'm wondering if i must plan it on a 3 days routine or a 5 days routine.

I'm bulking lean muscle and i'm training well. Want a "Boom" routine for muscle.

Should i go with 5 days or 3 days routine?

yeah i like 4 days training, many people here talk about 3 days routine...

Split you mean, 2on/1off/2on/2off ?

I will probably add a light day (5) with just abs and forearm.

Yup, three bodyparts per day, 6-8 exercises total, 3-5 sets per exercise. Switch exercises for bodyparts on days 1 & 3, 2 & 4.
