Need new routine while on PH

Im going to start a ph cycle in the next few weeks and I want to try to throw on size. When training i usually just do 3 sets of 10. Nothing to special at all. Figured id come ask help from you guys over here. What would be a good routine to do while on the cycle to bulk up a little bit? Also I need a good leg day routine. I never really did legs and since I lost a TON of weight ive gotten a case of chicken legs. Thanks!
