Over Training ??

    while ON (test,gh) am i overtraining ?? mon-chest,tue-off, wed- back, thur- arms. thinking about doing shoulders and traps today. i feel my recovery is insane with the GH. i get plenty of sleep. well near 10hrs this week. =] good to go ??
