Best Workout Book Ever!

Just thought id give everyone a good read if you stop by the book store. DR.Michael COlgans NEW POWER PROGRAM is in my opinion the best book on bodybuilding bar none. It may look like it is geared towards athletes but trust me on this it is very applicable to bodybuilding. The guy may have a corny writing style but he is an absolute genius, best of the best in my opinion, he is recommended by a myriad of people in the know
