I see there is someone over on Darden’s site (thread super and direct compensation) debating with some there that you can reach your full potential on performing one set to failure, and if carried on you will keep getting stronger and stronger, you and I know that one set to the failure can be good for a few months, but then more is needed, I know all hit people like the one set to failure, but even most of these know you need more, like the advanced hit routines, with more sets and reps.
Was wondering your thoughts and if anyone could prove this wrong, as I have only been training about one year and My knowledge is limited.
