Lift then sleep

    is it ok if i do this routine? after lifting go to bed..

  2. For 5 years I have been going to the gym after dinner, then comming home and going to sleep shortly after. Its only a mistake when you take a energy stack to late

  3. So long as you aren't sleeping so soon after your training you neglect your PWO nutrition it would be absolutely fine.
