| Registered User | After my leg workout after my leg workout im always throwing up or feeling like throwing up so its hard to down my mammoth shake right after or within 15 minutes to give me my insulin spike is there anything i could take to help me out with this???? thankss |

| Registered User | insulin spike is called by some to be USELESS.... your body doesnt use up all its stored fuels anyway and therefore a spike is not needed. take your time and down it 30-1hour lata. |
