DC warmup sets

for those of you practicing DC, I am curious what kind of warm-up routine you perform before your set(s) to failure.

Currently I do three to four sets of 8-10reps (only exception is when I am warming up for a 4/6 rep straight set), increasing the weight but still staying under the rep-to-failure working weight. for example, on incline bench my weights will go 135/165/195/225 and then to failure at 255.

Does anyone warmup with smaller rep sets and going heavier than your failure set?
