Ive been doin this 5x5 program for the past 3-4 weeks
Eclipse Gym :: View topic - Bill Starr 5x5 Primer - How to create your own 5x5 program while attempting to bulk and have seen pretty good weight gains, but i feel like all the gains are in the legs, chest, and back and my arms dont seem to have changed much, if at all. so i was wondering if i were to add 5 sets of 5 reps of barbell curls and skull crushers only on monday and friday, would that be getting into the overtraining region, or would this be a good thing to try? also, would adding abs and forearms on maybe wednesday be a good idea? ive been following this program pretty religiously as many people recommended it, but i feel like it doesnt give u a bulk in all areas. thanks
