Hi all, i was wondering will a HIIT session (stationary bicycle ) lately in the evening 23.00 will interfere with sleep.
Feel very tired when doing it in the morning, and i'm not concentrated at work, so i was thinking of moving it it the evening.
You will want to have a good form of post-WO nutrition after your HIIT session. Treat it the same as weight training.
