Question Wrist weights for hypertrophy

Has anyone used wrist weights?
I just borrowed some off my mate, I am gonna try them out for the next couple of weeks.
Ankle weights have been known to grow the calves so I would assume wrist weights should be good for delts.

I wouldn't recommend them. The amount of time that you would need to wear the wrist-weights to notice improvement I think would outweigh just going to the gym and isolating your delts, forearms, traps, & wrists. Not to mention your arms and legs are very different muscle groups with different RoM. Depending on the weight of these straps they could hinder your in-gym lifts by tiring out your flat tendon in your forearm, and if they aren't heavy enough to do that, then they aren't sufficient in adding strength or size to your delts or more likely your traps either. Overall being just a waste of your time. (Plus you can't hide them like ankle weights.)
