You take dumbells like a shrug and raise them upwards with your hands. Here is a video demonstrated by Dorian Yates.

Tryed it today for trying to get a feel for it ,is it rear delts?

Prone DB shrugs minus the incline bench. They hit the middle and lower portion of the traps, maybe a little posterior delt action as well.

what do you mean minus the incline bench?

Im thinking the posterior delts because never saw a shrug done with raises the weights with arms, only seen shrugs with direct traps involved.

Its still a shrug, just a variation. Still hits the traps mostly.

Google prone DB shrugs and read the description. People use an incline sometimes. This isn't it, I'll find it, check this out.
