I'm looking for some great Mid-Abdominal and Lower-Abdominal workouts. I've tried plenty but they seem to be making hips/legs (or my arms) tired before my abs are worked out properly.
I've noticed that my body can shell out some pretty nice results if I find the right key to unlock results.
I'm hoping for some suggestions with exercises that can be done at home. And some that I can do mostly at the gym.
- Vertical Leg-Hip Raise (no weights)
- Lying Down (flat) Leg Lifts
Also, would it be more efficient to hold abdominal contractions vs. more reps?
