Wife needs to tone her legs

My wife works out 3 days a week, light weight lifting and HIIT 10 minutes. She is 33 5'4” 106 pounds. She looks great, her abs are showing and her upper body is really toning up nice, but her legs still need a little help. She doesn't want to loose any more weight because her upper body would be too skinny. I was thinking about having her add some squats top her routine. Anyone else have any other idea?
