For those of you that dont know...these are the muscles to the sides of your abs between your hip and armpit
Any good exercises for really targeting these?
Dumbbell pullovers work the serratus.
damn i only did them for a few months...they def burn my lats like crazy...i'll have to add them back in...
thoughts on other exercises?
Any exercise that has shoulder adduction has some serratus movement (e.g. side laterals).
Try lying on an incline bench with your back to a pulley stack, then basicallly do a wide grip pullover, i can go really heavy with dumbell pullovers say 140-150 but these target the serratus more for me, with much less weight.
