Wave Training?

Does anyone know what I'm talking about when I say "wave training"? It's a set/rep scheme, that's (very roughly) something like a set each of 5, 4, 2, 3, 2, 1. I don't know if the weight changes throughout the sets, or any real details. All I know is it's an alternative to pyramiding that has real value, because the difference in reps between the sets is low. Help me out...

The only place I remember reading much about this is at t-mag. Here is the link to their article on it.

I found that too... but it's something different than what I was referring to. Thanks though.
