WTF did i do to my back? on...squats??

ya and its not my lowerback in my upperlat area and kinda right below my rear delt maybe it is my rear delt but it just feels tight and its sore...like it needs to be popped and i dont understand how i did this on squats...lol and what would u suggest try and stretch pop it?? its almost like a knot

How much were you squatting? Once you get into heavy weights, squats can injure almost any area in the body if you dont have good form. From what you describe, my guess is you were leaning too far forward.

Stretching is not done amongst bodybuilding or any sport for that matter. To stretch this problem out. Stand a few feet away from a vertical pole. Wrap your hands around it at about waist height. Now bend over until your torso is parallel with the ground. slowly rock back to stretch the lats.
