Cool 8-12 or 6-10?

Is there much of a difference in doing sets of 10,8,6 or 12,10,8 reps?
I do them 10,8,6 but was wondering if 12,10,8 would make any difference?

Youd probly be better off using a narrower rep range and getting "plate mates" wich are .25kg magnetic weights.
6 is more for strength and 12 is more for joints, but 6 is more extreme then 12.
If im not mistaken 10 seems to be the sweetspot for most people particurly for size.
