I know the progam calls for no assistance work, but what would you guys think of incorporating weighted pullups and clean and press to the workout...and then say on fridays do a couple bi and tri sets just to excite the program a little bit...or how would you incorporate bench and squat into the STRENGTH ONLY program of this 3x3 version.
