Is "The Poliquin Principles" Book Really Worth The Price?

Kaliman

:bb: Does anyone knows if "The Poliquin Principles" book is worth purchasing? I've heard a lot of hype about this book, but I don't know if it's worth it. Amazon listed this book for $542.00 - $2,000. I can't believe this book would list for so much (book was just published in 1997). Much to my suprise, I saw it sold on eBay for around $50.00. So I may be able to purchase this book on eBay, for cheap, if it's up for auction again. Please let me know if its worth it or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and Merry Christmas!!

Here is a link to TN forum discussing what books are good to buy. I think they mention Poliquin. Invalid Link Removed

Thanks Meowmeow, that link gave me some other books to look into getting. I just noticed "The Poliquin Principles" is currently on eBay auction again for only $14.99. I'll keep a close eye on this one. It's crazy how the price on this particular book can fluctuate so much. Thanks Again!!

Here is a T-Nation link to an archive of Charles Poliquin posts, articles and routines Invalid Link Removed

Most of the articles are duplicates of the links posted above...but there are some that are new to this thread such as the original article on German Volume Training.

Under each summary just click "Full Article" for the entire article.

There are a lot of interesting ideas and concepts in these articles. I'm currently using Poliquin's "The 1-6 Principle" routine and my strength has gone up significantly. Invalid Link Removed

Oh well...go on, send it to my contact email in my signature. I've never even heard of this book but I'm all for reading/learning.

I can not post the download link here...however if anyone wants it just leave an email address and I'll email you the download link.

Thanks for the links!!
