| Registered User | Upper Back = Headache? I recently added 2 more upper back exercises making it a total of 5 (10 reps 4 sets 70/70/80/80% max). But later that day, after the workout, I find myself with a headache lasting the whole night. Tylenol/Motrin/Aspirin doesn't seem to help. I basically took T3+Codine to go to sleep. I imagine a group of muscles have expanded or grown causing either: - A pinched bloodline. Restricting bloodflow to the brain. - A pinched nerve. Is there anyway to prevent these headaches? p.s. I'm not max lifting. |
