Just looking for some suggestions here... What is your favorite music to lift to?? Looking for something aggressive to get the adrenaline going...

Currently on my playlist: Slayer, Danzig, motorhead, Judas Priest

Hatebreed is pretty aggro... Defeatist and Destroy Everything are two songs of theirs currently in my training playlist... I think you'd like them considering your playlist.

But I also workout to Sergei Provokiev and sh1t... I'm all over the place with music.

That Disturbed song Hell is causing a disturbance in the force.. The Force being my boxerbriefs.. :ntome:

how about Six Feet Under......my personal favorite

Maybe some Deicide...or however you spell it.....

Well, the last two albums I've been listening to are Amon Amarth - With Oden on Our Side and Vader - The Art of War EP with some Motorhead and Slayer thrown in for good measure. :head:

could always throw in some old school metal...like Man O War :)

also...mastadon is not bad either (newer stuff)

Dude!!! Man O War!!! I have 3 of their albums and haven't listened to them in a while, I think I'll throw down some Battle Hymns tonight. Man O War is so awesome and so hillarious at the same time. Now that is metal:head:

All That Remains
Unearth
Lamb of God
Hatebreed ( I know already listed)
These bands have some kickass music, and the haven't gone corporate yet.

I only like that band up until that cd. When they switched to George Fisher I stopped listening to them. Was a good reason to get into Six Feet under. CC is INSANE live and the mosh pit is even crazier.

if you are into rap

Young Jeezy, good mix of songs from both of his albums.

The Inspiration: Thug Motivation 102 is what I listened to my past three workouts.

good stuff

Dude that Trivium video freaked me out. I got through to where that thing dropped on the kid chasing the pigeons. Jayhawkk, you wacky man.

Yeah I've seen CC live several years ago... violent

Oh when you see a 250lb muscular ripped guy running in fear away from the mosh pit you know its bad. I didn't even go into the mosh pit and still got hit by the edge of it. I went flying slammed my ribs into a bolted down table which unbolted and knocked it down. Many warnings from the owner of the place that the pit was going to cave the floor in.
