| Gold Member | home gym - bodycraft jones machine? i currently have a set of powerblock dumbells. i'm a real beginner at lifting. I live 20 minutes from the closest gym & honestly i'm a bit self conscious due to my pathetic physique to go to one without a training partner. at least i'm honest. I'm looking at the "bodycraft jones machine", i'm curious of anybody has this or used it. Its basically a smith machine, except it moves laterally as well as vertically. I have not actually seen one in person though, as there is no dealers in my state. I have seen a similar one made by hoist, but it is 2x as much at 4K. or any other recommendations? |

| Gold Member | concerned with injurying myself without a spotter. Thats why i'm using dumbells so i dont have a bar accross my neck or chest. I'm starting to actually enjoy this & i'm eating right, so i want to continue to lifting. Hoping i can post some 1 year transitions picks next year. money isnt a concern, i'll just charge it anyways.
