My freakin head

I was doing my front/back squat superset and during the fourth set, I felt this intense pressure on the left side of my head where the occipital lobe is. I had to sit down and call it a day about 10 mins into my workout. I don't think that it is just a BP spike b/c I have had those before and they don't leave me with lingering pain.

Any ideas/comments?
