Whats up everyone? This is my first thread, and I thought it would be a good idea for everyone to share how they prepare for their workout before even getting to the gym. It doesnt matter if its physical or mental preparation. Anything is acceptable whether its cranking the heat in the car to warm up muscles or meditation.Ill start...I really don't do anything to be honest, I thought this thread could be a source for good ideas..Hopefully this hasnt already been done
