among others I decided to start keeping my rhomboids constantly squeezed together during all upper body movements in order to help ease rotator cuff stress.
Its working fine on all presses, but I feel as if my rows are greatly suffering.
Does anyone know of an effective way to keep rhomboids continually activated while still getting the full benefit of rows?
I hope this makes sense.
