where the hell are 45 hypers?

for my new routine, i am supposed to do 45 hyperextensions, can someone please tell me vid/instruction on how to do them? i searched and cannot find anything, no one mentions them ever...

those are regular hypers pitbull, use google khan, never hurts to find something out on your own but here are 45 hypers

Pitbull those are standard hypers, 45 degree hypers are done on a bench that is on a 45 degree angle and lock your feet in but it's still the same movement as Pitbull showed you. :clap2: :goodpost:

Opps sorry about that for some reason in my twisted head I thought you meant holding a 45lbs plate and doing them....

Which angle of hyperextension bench is more effective? I'm seriously considering purchasing a hyperextension bench for rehabilitation purposes (lower back disc injury), but don't know which angle would be a better choice for doing so.

The 45 degree version allows about double the range of motion than a regular 90 degree one.
