Treadmill/Cardio........

  1. Arrow Treadmill/Cardio........


    Hi...any suggestions on the way to make the most out of the treadmill.

    If I can get on for 35 minutes, what intensity should I be at?
    Also, if other times I can only squeeze in 20 minutes, is it still woth it?

  3. I interval train, one min run, one min walk.....My goal is leaning out, and yes 20 mins is worth it...Every little bit helps

    Yeah, if you're looking for more fat loss you can be at a lower pace or interval training and for more cardio you can be higher.

  5. Goal:
    Burn Fat.
    But retain muscle mass. Don't want to overdue it, but also want to make the time on the treadmill worthwhile.

    actually i am leaned out enough, but i still do my interval training....
