Hi...any suggestions on the way to make the most out of the treadmill.
If I can get on for 35 minutes, what intensity should I be at?
Also, if other times I can only squeeze in 20 minutes, is it still woth it?

What's your goal?
I interval train, one min run, one min walk.....My goal is leaning out, and yes 20 mins is worth it...Every little bit helps![]()

Yeah, if you're looking for more fat loss you can be at a lower pace or interval training and for more cardio you can be higher.
Goal:
Burn Fat.
But retain muscle mass. Don't want to overdue it, but also want to make the time on the treadmill worthwhile.
