| Registered User | Hi...any suggestions on the way to make the most out of the treadmill. If I can get on for 35 minutes, what intensity should I be at? Also, if other times I can only squeeze in 20 minutes, is it still woth it? Thanks ! |

| Registered User | Goal: Burn Fat. But retain muscle mass. Don't want to overdue it, but also want to make the time on the treadmill worthwhile. |
