Hi all I'm going on a bulking phase and will be working out 5 days per week 1 muscle group a day

I am only going to be doing 3 exercises per group with a maximum of 4 sets each exercise and 6 reps. except for legs they get 8 reps because I have bad knees and can't go as heavy.

Here is an example of chest day how does it look

Flat Bench 1x10 warmup 1x6 1x4 then a negative set 1x4

Incline Dumbell 3x5
Incline flys 3x5

Total 10 sets

Back dumbell rows 4x5

lat pulldowns 4x5

Pullups i'll pick a number and do as many sets till I get to that number.

How's that look for a strength and mass schedule not enough sets reps? too much let me know. This is the first time I will be incorpating a negative set each workout.
