| Better Living Through Savagery | I work 5-6 days a week. But that's just because (1) I really enjoy lifting, and (2) I have plenty of free time. I usually spend just 25-30 minutes each day, so my total weekly volume is probably comparable to most people doing 3-day splits. "Poison is in everything, and no thing is without poison. | Meet Rambo!! | After reading so much, and basically overhauling my program. I have come to the conclusion that 2-3 days in the gym with a full body routine or close to it is the best overall way to make gains. I'm currently on a 2 day a week split and the gains I'm getting are enormous. I highly recommend Beyond Brawn and Starting Strength they are great reads that really open a lot of peoples eyes. | Registered User | I workout every other day, so there is no right answer for me, and I workout 3.5 days per week. (3 one week, and 4 the next, alternating this every week.) Maybe once every 6 weeks, I will skip a Sunday workout, and move it to Monday. |

| Registered User | i never like to schedule my workouts around a "weekly" period. and it also depends on what my goals are. If I am bulking I decrease frequency, if im cutting, I actually workout more often. |
