I am planning to take maybe a week off because of overworking my muscles. Since i am not going to be lifting should i still be eating the foods i eat when i am lifting? I am considering walking on treadmill and stretching for the exercise that i get. I want to decrease the amount of weight i lose.

Really depends on what you eat while lifting. If it is McDonalds then I would say no.

Well if you're bulking then I would say decrease calories so you're not putting on excess weight. If you're cutting/losing weight, then I would say just stay where you are at. If you have no idea what it is you want to do then I would say take your bmr and what you plan on doing for that week and find out what your total expendature is in calories and go from there :)

Either way, I have no idea what it is you really wanted but felt compelled to answer in some fashion.

Need more details on what your goals are but simply continue eating in a healthy fashion which is consistent with your goals...

I use to work out for basketball. Now i workout for a cheerleading so it's a little more powerlifting then basketball training. I eat chicken breast, rice, vegetables, and fruits. Occasionally ill eat mcdonalds.

I would eat the same, except you won't be eating PWO meals, so you may cut your carbs back a bit for the week
