good luck! i think hanging leg raises are good just modify all ab exercises to each side. i dont like training abs so im not sure. i got the V naturally haha
Flutter kicks, leg raises. Sit ups all work your hip flexor. Your military type sit up as more hip flexor than ab muscle involvement and flutter kicks will work the hell out of em.
Leg raises, and any movement that has your legs locked in place, a little known fact is that your hip flexors get more work that your abs when doing the above exercises. That's why i prefer to do my ab work on a ball or mat.
