back injury

when doin back monday i think i strained a muscle in the lower left part of my back. yesterday it was pretty painful and even getting dressed was tough. today its better but still is sore. i've never had anything like this...other than ice and rest any other suggestions? I checked out ww7's art reference and unfortunately no one in my area practices this. this is really screwing up my workouts! and help is appreciated
 
My opinion is t take some time off. A week or so should do it. If it is still really bothering you, I would go see a doctor. Sounds like just a twinge to me though :D

thats not what i wanted to hear :( :( :( . i think you're right...its just a twinge...and its really annoying.
