    Hello, I want to increase my core body strength in about 4 weeks. I want to strengthen the core muscles, the knee joints and other joints. Any suggestions on the exercises, techniques, frequency that I should follow? Consider me as a newbie in this field. I am 5'11, 161 lbs, 15% BF.

  2. honestly, get a basic powerlifting routine. Just go into the powerlifting/strongman forum. there are a lot of programs posted in there. Powerlifting focuses on your core.
