Is it all diet to get rid of the fat here. Will oblique movements help?Cardio? Its seems like I have to run forever to shake this stuff off. I'm starting to think my diet has to get very strict.Any suggestions?

If you're like me and most of your excess weight goes here then pretty much the only thing to do is drop the excess body fat % and I find that eliptical/running types of exercise help with that area more than strength training( side crunches etc)

It's a hard area to drop for some of us, i'm afraid :(

So far since the beginning of march i've dropped about 28 pounds and 5 inches in my waist and it was due to keeping everything clean and actually measuring my foods and not just guessing. Also, making sure I add in the cheats that would be ate and not just trying to forget that I ate it.

fitday.com was a Godsend for me. Also, eliminating a lot of the simple sugars/carbs in my diet that were overloaded in my diet over the years.
