I've been dealing with an annoyance for a couple of months now, yes now I have found the help of a massage therapist. However, I wanted to see if anyone here had this experience.

The issue is I'll get a sore forearm, and bicep, after I have done a chest workout. Also when I do military presses I can feel a pain from my forearm, Brachioradialis, up into the bicep. this usually results in soreness where the bicep ties into the shoulder.

One thought is lack of flexibility or range of motion, and also a buildup of scar tissue which needs to be broken down.
