My goal is to drop body fat and use my weight training to serve a dual purpose to work my muscles and as cardio. I was thinking of using very light weight and doing a total body workout x3 a week and maybe walking in the morning keeping my heart rate under 65%. I was thinking of doing the following: 2 sets 15-20 reps with a 90sec between sets and 2min between exersizes 2 sets 15-20. Or doing one set or each then taking like 4 min then doing it again.

Im doing EC one in the morning and one b4 6pm workouts. Also b4 workouts Im taking a teaspoon of a 3:1 Alcar,Green Tea blend.
