  1. My Weight Loss Workout


    My goal is to drop body fat and use my weight training to serve a dual purpose to work my muscles and as cardio. I was thinking of using very light weight and doing a total body workout x3 a week and maybe walking in the morning keeping my heart rate under 65%. I was thinking of doing the following: 2 sets 15-20 reps with a 90sec between sets and 2min between exersizes 2 sets 15-20. Or doing one set or each then taking like 4 min then doing it again.

    Dead LIft
    Incline Flys
    Lat Pull Down
    Standing Shoulder Press
    Curls
    Tri Ext
    Cable Crunch

    Im doing EC one in the morning and one b4 6pm workouts. Also b4 workouts Im taking a teaspoon of a 3:1 Alcar,Green Tea blend.

    Comments or Suggestions????

    You should check out Charles Poliquin's book called 'German Body Comp'. Very similar to the style you're after and he has a lot of 3 and 4 day splits in there.
