    Hey guys what do you think about this routine. I used it along time ago with good success and I was thinking about using it again when gains slow down with my current routine.

    Monday - Deltoids/Traps
    Tuesday - Legs
    Wednesday - Chest/Triceps
    Thursday - Back/Calves
    Friday - Abs/Biceps/Forearms

    Ok Here's what I like:
    I like that fact that your keeping the set and rep range down.
    I also like your not doing 20 different exercises.

    What I don't like is the days:
    Five days is too much, I think. Even with this smaller cycle. And second is that I don't like the divison of the body parts. Your hitting, say something like shoulders, twice week when you hit them direct and with chest.

    And half-reps are good for building some strength. I think Chcuk Sipes in the '50's used to use them on his bench workout. Oh and he benched 570 raw at 220lbs.
