PCT Workouts???

    PCT Workouts???


    I thought that during PCT your workouts need to be cut down and the volume and intensity should be low. But looking through some threads it seems that with products like Activate and Rebound and some others people are just keeping there same routines and making gains as well. I just wanted to get your thoughts

    On a solid PCT I always lower my volume for 3-4 weeks but keep the weights as heavy as I can. I also make sure to get as much rest as possible.
