Too much arms. WAY too much arms. Remember, bis are hit when you do back and tris are hit with delts and chest

Try this if you want a 5 day split

Tri's/calves
Back/abs
off
Legs
Chest/delts
Bi's/light abs/calves
off

I have been using this, its pretty good IMO.

I think you will see the best results if you keep the split the way it is, but cut out the arm work thats not on day 5.

My arms use to be my worst body part. I made mistakes and worked them almost every other day. Remember, you grow when you eat :burger: and sleep:yawn: , not in the gym
