    (this is not my question but a question from a chick I know)

    "i take kick boxing at a studio in rancho and im not sure if i should do my leg lifting before or after. ill most likely be too fatigued to lift if i do it after...but k boxing takes so much out of my legs that i afraid ill be too tired to kick with good form. ya know? what do you think?..."


  2. I'd honestly do it on different days... how often does one honestly do true leg workouts a week?

    Agreed. I do legs 2x a week and do my Martial Arts class on diff days. If I must do them the same day I do legs in the AM & MA in the evening. Have tried doing MA right after and I was a worthless piece of crap @ class.
