Strength Training Anatomy-an EXCELLENT book

  1. Strength Training Anatomy-an EXCELLENT book

I picked this up at Barnes and Noble, it was like $18. This book shows cutaway drawings of muscles and bones during exercises. I find it extremely beneficial because it shows the exact parts of muscles being worked by each exercise. So if a certain part of a muscle is lagging behind this book would help you select the appropriate exercise.

    Just thought I would share!

    Heres the amazon link
