    Anyone have good methods for helping girls lose muscle?


    I have been training some people around here with outstanding success but there is one such girl who is making good fat loss gains but she is naturally kind of muscular. Hot to me but not to her. I like to have my girls weight train because of the metabolism effects as well as other things but I am not sure what to do with her. I have been keeping her with weight that gets her about 10-12 reps. Any ideas that you guys have used before?

    How about some missed field goals to the right? That always works for me.

    Or left. (I haven't forgotten Beita...)
