What would be a better first exercise for mass on shoulder/tri day, Barbell shoulder press or Dumbbell shoulder press? I am thinking of alternating between the two everyother workout.

what nate said. i generally stick to the same program for a month then change. each to their own.
Actually I rotate between 3 exercises right now. DB press, Smith press and Hammer press. It's cool.
