Dorian Yates in his book states that he likes to do barbell rows at aproximately 70 degrees because there is less risk injury for the lower back as compared to 45 degree barbell rows. DY also states that this puts the lats at a mechancial advantage and greater load can be achieved.

I would like to hear some feed back on this.

Exnillo if you catch this post can you please give me your 2 cents?

I know that I'm able to move a heavier load when I'm at a 70 degree angle.
