I might as well ask. This is what I've been doing:

Monday: Chest and Triceps
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Back and Biceps
Thursday: Shoulders and Neck
Friday: Biceps and Triceps

How would you switch that up?
 
its hard to say, depends on what actual exercises you are doing. Are you opposed to working out on weekends? Here is my new split...

Sat Back
Sun Chest (heavy)
Mon off
Tues Arms
Wed Legs
Thurs chest (tut) and shoulders
Fri off
