Russian stim devices ; EMS
I just broke my hand and am not able to train I am thinking of buying a Russian stim device. Anyone have suggestions of a good model place t buy one or any other information? Do they work well etc.. I have seen a few models on line like Power stim and the TDR-64 any help would be great thanks
