Refining my routine

Okay i do a three day split Mon(chest/back), Wed(legs), and Fri(arms/shoulders/traps). I am refining my workouts and I just thought i would run it by you, for shits and giggles.

Mon., W.O. 1
Supersets
Inc. Press 1x12, 1x10, 1x8, 1xfail
T-bars ",",","

Flat BB press ",",","
BB rows ",",","

Dips ",",","
DL's ",",","
(W.O> alternate everyweek)
W.O. 2
Supersets
Inc. DB press ",",","
DB rows ",",","

Inc. flys ",",","
Close grip P.U. ",",","

Push ups 4xfailure
Wide grip P.U. ",",","

Well that is mondays and i didnt think this post was going to be so long so i will post wednesdays and fridays later. critique away.

This is confusing as hell man, how many total sets are you doing for each exercise? No way would I ever do back and chest together, I wouldnt be functional for the next two days.

i end up doing close to 24 sets per bodypart.

But as i said i am refining so i am only going to do one warm up set apeice for my second and third supersets. after my warm ups i go to failure for one set.

Holy ****. Cut that in half man. Things like back, chest, shoulders, quads, hamstrings need 12 sets, biceps, abs, triceps, forearms, traps need 9 or 10. You're killing your gains. More isnt better.
