I know Im suppose to cut down on the lifting during pct but what should I do about my cardio? I have been doing interval training on the treadmill 30sec ON/OFF x4 a week for 16min Max. Please Help??

doesn't sound like a good idea to me. running gives you a way higher heartrate than 65%, which can lead to catabolism. go for the tried and true fat burning cardio, 60%-65% of your maximum heartrate for at least 30 minutes, 4x a week would suffice. some of sldge's 7-OH would help you with this too, since it is an anti-catabolic. working wonders for me so far.
PCT is an excuse for not doing cardio (don't wanna go catabolic!!!). I know, that's lame. I hit it today for a short session. Doesn't mean I liked it....
