Hey guys, Iam looking to change up my split alittle. Tell me if you see any probs with it.


Current split

Monday - Chest Tri
Wed - back bi
fri - legs shoulders

Thinking of doing

Mon - chest bi
Wed - back tri
Fri - legs shoulders

Iam thinking about switching it up cause the only body parts that seem to be laggin at the moment are my tris and bis. Also feel free to suggest a different split if both these suck
